I edited the Denver episode of Leguizamo Does America, a series that uses humor, history, and personal reflection to explore Latino identity across the U.S. Working on the episode meant finding a balance between levity and gravity, and paying close attention to details of its setting—Denver is my hometown, which brought an added sense of responsibility to the work.
